Exchange and return conditions
Following receipt of your order you have 14 days to decide whether you are happy with your order. You can exchange your order or return it within this period. Please note that the purchased products must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

Your return shipment is not free of charge.

Return form
Your order will be accompanied by a return form. The return form must be filled out completely and added to your order so that we can handle this matter as soon as possible following receipt of your returned order.

Product complaint
Please contact us by sending an e-mail to or by calling to number +31 (0)70-354 26 26 option 5 if you have a complaint, or if you have received a defective product. Once you have explained your complaint to us, we will advise you on how this problem can be sorted as quickly as possible.

Once we have received and processed your returned order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that we have received your order. Depending on your selected payment method, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. We strive to refund iDEAL payments within 3 business days, refunds for credit card payments will shown on your credit card overview after 30 days on average.
