General Promotion Terms & Conditions

These General Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions and special offers organised by the Skihut, unless stated otherwise. By participating in or using a promotion, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Promotions featured on the Skihut website, Facebook page, Instagram account, Pinterest account and in newsletters are offered by the Skihut.
• Promotions are valid for purchases made on the Skihut webshop and in the Skihut store, unless otherwise stated.
• For online purchases, the promotional discount will either be applied automatically or a promotional code must be entered during checkout.
• The promotional period will be clearly stated on www.skihut.nl, on our social media channels or in our newsletters.
• Promotions are only valid during the specified promotional period and will never run for more than three consecutive days, unless stated otherwise.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers or voucher codes.
• Items purchased with a discount in our physical store cannot be returned.
• Promotions apply only to products selected by the Skihut.
• The Skihut reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice or providing a reason. This will not affect purchases made before the promotion was amended or terminated.
• Customers who abuse or misuse promotional offers may be excluded from participating in future promotions. Any discounts granted incorrectly may be reclaimed by the Skihut.
• All promotions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
• Promotions that offer a free item are only valid on the lowest-priced item.
• No rights may be derived from any promotion.
• Prizes won through competitions or giveaways cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or another product.
• Only one promotional code may be used per customer and per order.
